Our Mission
The purposes for which NYPCC has been established, and under which we operate, are as follows:

To assist individuals with mental and emotional challenges in becoming more productive, independent members of society as a result of our above-stated Mission, by engaging in continuous quality improvement practices in an attempt to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for the recipients of our services.

Value Statement
The values upon which NYPCC was founded were that everyone, no matter their age, race, or socioeconomic status, is entitled to the best possible mental health treatment, utilizing the most up-to-date treatment methodologies, in a culturally sensitive environment by well-trained, culturally diverse mental health professionals. Now, more than 35 years later, NYPCC still operates on these principles.
